Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using gTrack — including the Android app, iOS app, or web dashboard at geo.gfixi.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use gTrack. If you are using gTrack on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

gTrack provides real-time GPS location tracking for individuals, families, and logistics teams. The service includes:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accounts are for individual use — do not share your credentials with others

You may use gTrack for any lawful personal or business purpose. You must NOT:

gTrack is built on the principle of informed consent. All drivers must explicitly accept a session before location sharing begins — it can never be activated without the driver's action.

• Drivers can stop sharing their location at any time by ending their session
• Administrators who create sessions are responsible for ensuring drivers have consented to tracking
• Session links may be shared with third parties — only share links with people you trust
• Location data accuracy depends on device GPS capability and signal conditions

gTrack includes an emergency offline location sharing feature. Please note:

• This feature is provided as-is for convenience — it is not a substitute for emergency services
• In any life-threatening situation, always contact your local emergency services (such as 112 or 911) first
• GPS accuracy may vary — location coordinates should be treated as approximate
• Offline features require Bluetooth to be enabled and nearby devices to be compatible
• gTrack accepts no liability for delays or inaccuracies in emergency location sharing

gTrack and all its components — including the software, design, trademarks, and content — are owned by gfixi.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission
• The gTrack name, logo, and "geo.gfixi.com" domain are trademarks of gfixi.com
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you

gTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• GPS location data will be perfectly accurate at all times
• The service will be available in all geographic regions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gfixi.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of gTrack, including but not limited to:

• GPS inaccuracies leading to incorrect route navigation
• Service unavailability during critical periods
• Data loss due to technical failures
• Decisions made based on location data from gTrack

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:

• You — by deleting your account and uninstalling the app
• We — by suspending or terminating your account for violation of these terms

Upon termination, your right to use gTrack ceases immediately. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property) and 8 (Disclaimers) survive termination.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email.

Continued use of gTrack after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using gTrack and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction where gfixi.com is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your location.
